Boost
Okay, I found an article on boosting a stock internal H22 and boosting a stock internal ls/vtec. But since I'm fairly new to the older years of honda/acura I thought i'd come straight to the best source...you guys.
I have a 91 Integra LS with 103,481 miles on it. I miss the boost from my 96 so I'm boosting this one too. I had stock internals on my 96, running low boost (5psi). It held up great and I had no problems. I'm assuming with precise tuning I could reliably run 5-7psi on my stock LS motor. ANY input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

I've seen posts that people run 5-7 on stock internals all day long and last for quite sometime. And I've also seen where no one would dare.
I believe it the car was maintained and the turbo installed and properly tuned it would run like factory...well kinda

Honestly.. If I ever boosted (I'm a NA guy), I would get atleast some aftermarket internals. I've heard horror stories of people running small amounts of boost on stock internals.
Although, if the car has been maintained good and it runs good already and the boost was installed safe/correctly. I don't see how it could hurt.
