Re: Head gasket??? (CiViC_I2aCeI2)
I'm pretty sure the coolant tank fluctuates as the are gets warmer/cooler so I think you're fine.
If you don't have a shitload of white smoke that smells like sweet weirdness and no brown mud looking oil in there you should be good

You might have a small puncture in one of many coolant lines
the car necesarilly wont blow white smoke out of the exhaust pipe it all depends where the head gasket is burned up (if it is)
heres a test that might work, your car has to be COLD! or cold enough to take off the radiator cap. turn your car on and wait until it reaches the norm temperature, if you see a lot of bubbles coming up in the radiator its probably a bad gasket
hope this helps

well you cant really tell if theres some oil coming off the sides of the head/block until you clean it well enough and just let it idle. because the leak can be coming from somewhere else and as you drive and wind blows it can spread all around
hope that helps

I'm not sure....Is it suppose to be tight??

I can't get it to reach the normal temp, because coolant over flow (with the radiator cap off) and i didn't want it to leak all over the place.
