Default BAD bogging issues

well first off this is what it feels like. when i completely press on the gas pedal and take it all the way up it feels perfectly fine. vtec engages and everything seems to be fine but right when i hit around 7,000 RPM's the motor starts to bog down. it feels almost like i am at fuel cut off. the needle will just stick there and have a really hard time getting up to 8,000 and thats just in 2nd gear, but when i shift and go to 3rd gear its even worse.

i replaced my fuel filter, resetted my ecu and checked all my wiring. i haven't done anything else.

the motor is a stock gsr motor. i/h/e, clutch and flywheel but other than that.. no internals or anything. anyone have any ideas on this???

no CEL or Maintence Light.
i've searched a little but couldnt realy find anything useful.

Are you using the GSR intake manifold? It may be that something is preventing the secondaries from opening and it would cause your engine to bog

Well if something is preventing the secondaries from opening on the intake manifold then at high rpm at wot the engine is going to be starved for air and would flood with fuel causing it to bog down.

and do you think it could possibly be my fuel injectors?

yeah it could be ur injectors... if ur not getting enough fuel, the engine will bog, how much gas u have in the car? is the needle correct?
