abs problem
i accidentally drove for like 1 min with the ebrake on now my abs light is on even when i turn off the car and restart. i checked the code and it was throwing code 1 and 2 which are the oxygen sensors but we checked them and they're fine. anyone got a clue on how to fix it? oh yeah, i took the abs fuse out and put it back in and still nothing.
You might want to check the ABS control unit. Just to make sure that the wires are ok. Is there any brake fluid leakage? You might also want to check the wheel sensors. The codes don't mean that components are damaged, it's just reading the circuit that might cause the problem.
If you want to clear the codes, there's a lot to think about. I don't want to give you the wrong info. There's a big difference comparing OBDI to OBDII. Both have their own procedures to go through. I don't recommend disconnecting the battery cables. You might lose all your programmings in your car.
abs code 1-2, that's a code for either "abs runs continuous", or just simply driving with your "hand brake on for over 30 sec."....see an abs fuse box in your engine compartment? pull all three fuses for 15 sec. and make sure you put them back in the same slot...that will clear the abs light and code..
yeah i've tried pulling the fuse pass 5 mins and it doesnt work. i just tried it again to make sure and same thing. is there anything else. im really sure the abs light came on right after i drove with the hand brake on for around 1 min. is there a possibility my abs system need replacement after just driving with the handbrake on for a min?

I had the same problem with my ABS light always coming on and no leaks so I changed all four rotors, pads and passenger side axle which needed to be done. When the mechanic test drove the car, the light never came back on. I also had a problem with my front wheels and steering wheel shaking and it still kept shaking after new brakes. We smelt and saw smoke coming from one of the brakes. This problem ended up being a bad caliper. Get your entire brake system checked out ASAP. This was the cause for the light always coming. Your life is more important than a piece of metal!
Hopefully this can help you out.

You guys can all check that sticky at the top of the integra board...
monkijunki, you haven't said what year Integra you're talking about...
'94 - '97 have one set of codes, and they also have a fluid reservoir & bleeder. This system needs brake fluid, & you should bleed it every couple years along with your main brake system.
Code 1 with NO second digit is for the pump running on. 1-2 is some other problem with the pump. (I don't have my Helm book in front of me...)
Code 1 2 means something completely different for '98+ Integras. And code 2-1 isn't the same either; that's the one about leaving the handbrake on.
Pulling the fuse to reset it is only useful to find out whether it's just a false alarm. If it's a REAL problem, the error code will come right back.
