98 Auto Test Pipe??
I have a 98 auto RS and wanted to know if its worth getting a test pipe. I know it's probably worth getting for manual cars but im afraid that i'll lose what i had when i had the cat in. Will i lose any torque?? For example, when i drive i can feel the jerk when my car changes gears and since its a auto...will i lose that jerk feeling if i get a test pipe??
I have a catback exhaust and CAI. But i went the the muffler shop today and they said that my O2 censor is right on my cat and if i was to put a test pipe there...i would have a lot of problems on down the road...is that true?? He said my check engine light would be on all the time plus other things. Is this true or not because i know lots of people who have test pipes and havent complained about it yet.

save the environment. stay stock or go with high flow cat.

a couple of guys i used to know had 96 gsr's(w/the o2 on the cat like yours) and they never had the check engine light go on. its a pretty cool bolt on. id' say go for it(they're only like $30) and you'll feel a little difference around 4000+rpm...or if you want, find another cat. for your car and hammer out that honeycomb **** inside it...thats what i run sometimes
