Default will this jerry rig work

i have one of these boost controllers off ebay came with the kit but the **** fell out and i only have the adj portion of it i went to hardware store and bought a spring and ball bearing and a bolt that fit in it i have the port closest to the **** to my compressor housing and the other to the bottom port on my wastegate is this correct or am i mixing up the two mbc styles i installed it and hit 9.9psi and hit boost cut

If you have an external wastegate, just run a different spring to reliably run more boost, and ditch that crap.

Agreed, that thing is junk. Just run off the wastegate, until you can get a decent controller.

Switch to an electronic boost controller. Much safer and alot more accurate
