This example wears its original silver paint well, with a scant 33,000 miles and nary a speck of rust, dings, or scuffs to show for it. The interior is equally mint, with the bolstered sport seats clean and free of rips or tears. This isn’t a used car, it’s a time capsule.
For at least one Prelude fan, the $12,500 asking price will be a small price to pay for what is as close as possible to a brand new example as they’ll ever get to buy. It’s steep, but, as we have seen, the classic Honda fandom has deep pockets.
