A total of three modified 2022 Honda Civic Si models, including two racers, will be on display at SEMA next week.

Following the reveal of the 2022 Honda Civic sedan and Hatchback, enthusiasts are obviously excited to get their hands on the 2022 Honda Civic Si and Type R. And with SEMA right around the corner, we’ll be treated to a trio of 2022 Honda Civic Si models in Las Vegas, each of which represents a different end of the modification spectrum.

The first is a road-going version of the sportier sedan dubbed the HPD Civic Si. Honda Performance Development and Honda Genuine Accessories teamed up for the build, which has been fitted with a host of accessories that are already available to order from the automaker’s catalog. These goodies include front, side, and rear underbody spoilers, along with an HPD emblem. HGA supplied the gloss-black Civic and Honda logos, black Civic Si valve stem caps, and 18-inch black alloy wheels with black wheel lugs.

Next up, we have the HPD Civic Si Race Car Prototype, which is a turn-key, race-ready version of the 2022 Civic Si developed completely in-house. Built for amateur touring car racing and dedicated track day use, the HPD racer has been relieved of a sunroof, soundproofing insulation, underbody coating, and seam sealer to save weight, while a host of upgrades get it ready for the track.

Those include a roll cage, performance-tuned production-based ECU, an aluminum radiator, beefy limited-slip differential, Borla exhaust, inverted double-adjustable dampers, racing coil springs, front camber plates, a camber-adjustable rear upper arm, Etna 17×8-inch wheels, 245/620-17 DHH racing slicks, and Wilwood 6-piston Superlite race calipers with 2-piece slotted floating rotors.

Finally, we have the Team Honda Research West Civic Si Race Car, which was built to compete in the National Auto Sports Association’s (NASA) 25-Hours of Thunderhill sports car race this coming December.

The THR-W Civic Si is outfitted much like the HPD racer, with upgraded cooling, a tune, racing downpipe with a titanium exhaust, Paragon brakes with 4-piston calipers and 2-piece floating rotors, 2-way EXR racing dampers, race coil springs, a cage, and a host of additional bodywork including a big wing, front splitter, air dam, a carbon fiber hood and trunk, and custom forged 17×9.5-inch wheels wrapped with 245/40-17 high-performance tires.
