1993 Subaru Legacy Sport (5spd/AWD/Turbo!!)
As much as I hate testing waters threads, im on the fence as to whether to continue with this project, or to just sell it. So im going to try and use this thread to gauge interest and hopefully help me make a decision.
1993 Subaru Legacy Sport Sedan
Engine:
ej22t closed deck block.
has approx 200 miles on engine, rebuilt by ASE Master Technician
ACL Bearings
NPR Rings
New crankshaft
New Timing belt
New accy belts
All new seals - rear main, valve stem seals, cam seals, valve cover gaskets, head gaskets, o-rings in block ETC. (felpro)
4 Lifters were replaced at time of rebuild
Turbo has no shaft play.
Does NOT smoke! runs great.
Upgraded to Bosch Recirculation valve
Features:
Power Windows (all work perfectly)
Power Door locks (works perfect)
Electric moonroof (tilt & slide, sunshade)
Cold A/C, Retrofitted to r134a.
Power steering
In dash DVD player (cheap unit, i use it for FM)
Interior is in great condition. I removed everything and steam cleaned seats/carpet and reassembled. Has seat covers on the front seats.
ABS
Airbags
Mechanical:
Brake & clutch fluid recently flushed
Brakes in good condition
Stock struts
Stock 15" wheels (have been painted)
Tires - Goodyear 50-60% remain
Trans fluid replaced
Rear diff fluid replaced
The bad:
-Needs FL axle ($50)
-Has trans fluid leak, believe is an axle seal
-Body needs paint. Fender & hood are primered, was apparently in a light front end collision but body is straight. Normal door dings for age. All panels line up. Clearcoat on roof is faded etc.
-Light lifter tick. 4 dead lifters were replaced during rebuild, others appeared fine but apparently has one that won't pump up completely. May just need to be bled. I dont believe this will harm the engine, i just like to be honest with anyone interested in the car.
-Trunk release doesn't work in car.
Extras:
Will include 3" bellmouth WRX downpipe.
Asking $2000 OBO.
