Default White smoke at full throttle

Okay so like the title says I have white smoke time to time at full throttle. When normally driving there is no smoke. I haven't noticed any decrease in power also. I've done a dry compression test and got 180 across all cylinders (98 b18c1) also ran the car for 5 minutes with the radiator cap and no bubbles, also no seen oil leaks. Only problem is smoke at full throttle and my car has a strong exhaust smell after driving everyday (outside the cabin). Also spark plug 1 has a orangish brown tip and I replaced all 4 no longer then 6 months ago.

Are you loosing coolant?

white "smoke" points to coolant burning, [HG maybe]. 94

Thats why I did a compression test and there was no variation between cylinders could it be slight crack on the HG?

in very rare instances it is possible for the FITV to allow coolant to leak into the intake...i would check there

How would I check whether no it is leaking from there? Wouldn't it have to be cracked in order to leak coolant through?

not necessarily..the seals inside could be so bad it lets coolant pass through to the intake.

Just remove it and look for coolant inside the air chamber. You can even open the throttle plate and look inside and see if there's coolant colors inside the intake manifold.

It could be valve seals and rings, compression is kinda low for a b18c1.
