Icon2 civic electrical issue help

i have an 89 civic with a mini me swap d15 vtech. this is a friends car, i rebuilt the enngine for him when i got it back in the car it ran perfect i took it on its first test drive after about 5 minutes of driving it died and would not restart it turns over fine.. after 2 days of diagnostics i have found it is not getting fuel. i have shot it with starter fluid and it fires so i know it is getting spark. now for the tricky part. there is no power to the interior, no lights no blinkers no radio no hazards,

what i have done
checked all grounds
checked fuses visually (fine)
check with testlight power when key is off
check with testlight no power when key is on except number 2 fuse has power no matter what
check fuses with mulimeter only between 6-8 volts at fuses
checked main relay tested good
checked main fuses under hood with test light and multimeter tested good

any help would be great im at a loss

no fuel...have you tested your system (fuel) components individually? Do you have access to a power probe, if so it will make it easier in my opinion

thank you for getting back to my post that is correct no fuel. i do not have access to a power probe. what were you thinking? i really feel the issue is something electrical due to no power in interior. like a main fuse or relay or something like that but everything ive tested come out good. i have never seen an issue like this before so i am stumpted.

got it figured out it was a faulty ground. the one that bolts to the strut tower by the battery. cleaned it up and problem went away
