FAKE Takata Question.. Need help

FAKE Takata Question.. Need help
alright bash or help all comments are welcome 
a friend (obviously im talking about myself) bought takata harness off ebay.. not cheap ones that were obviously fake.. they were $410 each
the seller had 26 sold with no negative feedback about the harnesses..
receiving them today one looks amazing and perfect with the correct dry carbon fiber sticker, and upright straight FIA Cert above the takata patch.. stitching looks great also...
the other has the fake shiny carbon fiber sticker.. poor stitching like its fake and the FIA cert is upside down like the fake ones
my biggest confufsion is that the "serial" numbers are one ater another as if they were produced one after another and im confused on if they are both fake or both real....
before everyone goes crazy the seller has absolutely no problem with me returning them and "has never had this issue and is confused himself" which i somewhat believe.
he is willing to either take one back and exchange or just take both back.. but with serial numbers in order i am voting they are both fake instead of both being real..
i had to run to work and only had time to snap the CF sticker pictures which you can clearly tell they are different and one is fake
