Car stumbles (like a rev limiter) at high RPM's?
Ok, this problem just started with my car recently. I can drive along fine and accelerate fine under about 4.5-5 grand RPM-wise, but when I get on it the car stumbles in the higher RPM range. If I keep watch on my A/F guage, it suddenly goes lean when this happens, and the car just loses all power. A split second later it will regain it, then stumble again, over and over until I let off the throttle.
Anyone have any idea what might be causing this? At first I was thinking that maybe my fuel pump was going out, but that would not be RPM dependent at all. Could it be the igniter? The reason I ask this is that others have had problems with MSD ignitions causing igniters to go bad quickly. Here's my setup, I've gone over most of this stuff as far as wiring goes to make sure I'm not missing anything, so the basic troubleshooting is done, now I'm looking for possibly sensors, bad equipment, etc..
95 EX coupe, D16Z6 stock internals
Greddy SOHC kit
VAFC hack, w/DSM 450's and CRX resistor box
MSD 6a ignition w/ add-on BTM
Blaster SS coil, MSD Pro cap and wire
Anyone have any clues or suggestions as to where I should be looking next?

I don't know **** but I heard some say that a vacum leak of some sort will cause similar problems. Someone in an earlier post had that exact problem.

Re: Car stumbles (SeaQuake)
Ahh, nevermind... I'm an idiot and I didn't check the external coil wire close enough. Turns out some battery acid leaked on it and ate a whole in the sheathing and that's what was causing all my troubles.
Problem solved.
