So I have a 95 a civic with a JDM b18b swap straight from japan I have an automatic obd2 harness on it with a p75 ecu , ecu is manual . I'm having problem with it . when I try to start it'll start and then die off right away. Other times I start it and it stays running but rpms are jumping up and down . rpms get really low as it is going to shut off but then bounces back up and it keeps doing this none stop I just want some input in what I should look for to solve this problem thanks

It was the map sensor but now my rpms are at 1500 at idle and when I give it gas it does out

Yes for primary o2 sensor

Your map and tps plugs
might be flipped around
