I have a 95 civic and just swapped in a b18b. To run it i got my P06 chipped but am having some issues. I have a CEL and when the car is cold i can start it up and drive it for about 15 mins with no problems, then the rpms start dropping. Driving on the highway at 3000rpms, they will drop to about 2000 for half a second then back up to 3000 and this happens continuously. I hear a clicking coming from my main relay and thought it was on the way out so i replaced it, however nothing changed. what could it be? My tps sensor looks like it 'might' be broken, could that cause a problem like this?

You didn't by any chance check to see what code the check engine light's throwing, did ya?
