I have a 93 EG four door that I just swapped a B18B (obd-2) in. The car has a OBD 1 wiring harness, and the same stock ECU from the D15B7. The car has little power on take off, but then as I get in the rpm's it boggs the whole way. It will cut off on me when im at idle.
Anyone has a ideas what I can do to fix this problem?
I has a check engine light but I dont have the O2 sensor hook up.

 

I am having the same problem, except im going from obd2 to obd1, so far i think is a fuel problem, i can only rev mine up with starter fluid. change the fuel pump i guess.

 

should run without the 02

 

make sure that your distrubutor is hooked up right.

 

first thing i would check the light see what codes it is throwing dont assume its JUST the 02 find out for sure.. post your findings and will help further. Kinda sounds like you have the TPS and the MAP backwards.
