93 accord ex, d4 blinks transmission misses
OK guys I'm new to imports and here is my issue, speedometer goes crazy, d4 begins to blink while driving and transmission either slips or just doesn't know which gear to go in

You will need to retrieve any CEL or D4 codes.
Passenger side kick panel, look above it, there should be a blue two wire connector.
Use a wire to jumper the connector.
Turn the ignition switch to II(ON).
Watch for blinking codes from the warning lamps.
Record blinks. ___ are 'tens' _ are 'ones' _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ = 9, ___ _ _ _ _ _ = 15, and so on.
Record the codes, verify the codes, note which warning lamp was blinking.
Post codes back here.

Start with testing the VSS (CEL 17 and D4 4), both of these are pointing to an issue with it.....and explains the speedo jumping around and the trans not sure what gear to be in.
After solving those. Clear the codes, remove battery cable or pull the ECU fuse in the under hood fuse panel. Drive the car for a while and see what, if any codes come back.
CEL 12 - is related to the egr system. There are several things that would need to be tested to narrow it down.
ABS 4-2 is related to the front drivers/left speed sensor. Again a few things would need to be tested/checked to narrow this one down.
