I have a 2001 Honda accord lx. It makes a dulling vibrating thudding noise while driving. I am not sure if it's the wheel alignment or the tires. The tires are 3 years old and winter tires that have been on all the time. I don't drive it much just to the train station. When going around a curve the noise gets loader, but when the wheel is straighten , it become duller. There is a slight vibration to the car, but when I apply the brakes there is no shuddering or pull to the side. Any idea what's the problem?

Unless the tires are wearing oddly, unlikely.
Grab the axle and pull it radially, note if one has more play than the other.
If the noise is louder or only loud when turning, then it is the opposite side axle that is the problem. Turn left and there is noise, right axle is bad. Turn right and there is noise, left axle is bad.
Installed a new right strut and it vibrates less. I have had a vibration problem with this car for ages. Orignailly the steering wheel was not straight and was 15% Off center.
A few years ago the steering was off center and the car drove very smoothly. It looked odd having the steering wheel slightly to the right, but the car was quiet driving . When Honda installed a new airbag it started to caused the vibration. I am thinking of getting tires and alignment, but I don't want to installe tires if it can't drive smoothly.
What is this part called? The washer fluid reservoir is leaking from here. I don't. Know if it just the seal. It has two wires, so I suspect that it tell the car when the fluid level is low. What can I do to fix it? Glue it?
