A. did you install the o-ring properly meaning installed around the distribuator properly cuz you cant just throw it on it goes on a certain way and if its on backwards it will leak.

Do you have any leak coming from higher up? if so valve cover gasket but like few ppl said check you v-tec solenoid gasket.

Go with full coil overs, JHPusa sells Form/Function coil overs free shipping for 630$ do the right thing and get coil overs so u always have the ability to raise or lower as you wish, i have a 97 EK...
