Sorry....thermostat ground.....read it wrong. But even if just the tranny ground isn't hooked up the starter will more than likely not turn over.

If the radiator ground doesn't have a good ground or none at all the ecu is basically dead.

90 civic hatch, 16's 215's, lowered (about two inches), obd0 DOHC ZC, lightweight flywheel, stage 1 clutch, 91 si tranny, and 2.25 inch cat back, battery relocated, no power steering or A/C, intake....

Ignitor could be bad....any codes? Have you made sure your home made dizzy jumper is actually making a good connection?

Mine does that too bruh, but I was just blaming it on my stage 1 clutch......I personally just have the radio up to where I can't hear it, but try some WD40 or maybe some all purpose...

Yes, for a low compression B20 P8R head......bigger (vtec) intake valves and bigger combustion chamber. So yes I curious about which head gasket to use, either for the head or buy it for the block. ...

See I've thought about that, but didn't know if it would lower the compression. Do you know how much I should shave the head to get it back to the 9:5-9:6 CR?

Well if it's a hydro then you need to convert it for cable. If cable, then that's money you can put towards mounts or a conversion harness.

Yep, the old handy dandy wrench is what i also used. Might try putting the torch to it if you have one.

Well if a fuse keeps blowing it usually means there's a break in the current and it's somehow arcing or shorting itself out as you said. Other than that the only advice i can give is follow the wires...

Almost sounds like a bad ignition switch.........and go to the junk yard and get yourself the other starter bolt. Hell, you could do a five finger discount for the damn bolt.
