If you do not want to die then do not remove ABS. By prop valve I assume you mean proportioning valve. Shoudn't it already have one going to the rear brakes? I am unfamiliar with Honda brake systems,...

White smoke? Does it condensate or disappear? If so it is probably coolant. If not, it could be some other fluid like transmission fluid if it is automatic.

Check your radiator for oil and check...
