I'd get in there and do a cylinder leakage test. If you don't know how to do it brintg it to shop. This should tell you if there's any kind of damage.

Maybe a problem with the controls with-in the heater panel - i.e. Air Mix Control Cable, or one of the Mode Doors not working properly because of Mode Control Motor on the way out/ working...

From the symptoms you're describing it sounds more like the thermostat will not close. i.e. - not getting up to temp/ running cool.

Maybe the water control valve isn't opening and not allowing...

It was a bent valve. I did it while turning the front camshaft finding TDC.
I removed the keepers and spring today and I can't move the valve up and down the guide and when I spin it I can clearly...

No, only valves on #1 Cylinder. I think I have to go an pull the rocker shafts and rockers off on that side of the engine and see what's going on..

To remove the cylinder head you are going to have to remove the timing belt first. The smart thing to do would be to position the crankshaft at No. 1 cylinder Top Dead Center before you do anything....

No. You can use the new DW1 in older transmissions but you cannot put the old z-1 in a 2013 Honda Accord automatic transmission.
