1992 accord running rough
My 1992 Honda accord ex starts sputtering, bogs down and misses after driving approximately a mile. I have to gun the engine to keep it going. It usually gets better after another mile. I have replaced sparkplug wires, distributor cap, fuel filter, rotor button and valve cover gasket (leaking on 2 of the plug wires). Only cel code was 12 but I think I have resolved the EGR issue. I have cleared the codes and nothing else is coming up. Also cleaned throttle body as best as I could without taking it off. Any help would be appreciated. Merry Christmas!

Re: 1992 accord running rough
Cleaned the EGR valve but that did nothing. Friend determined it was the solenoid. It would click on but no vaccumn. After looking up the cost of it($210 and up). I took it off and could not get a wire go into one of the 2 vacumn ports. Wife is a RN, so I got. A 27 guage needle and was able to unclog it. I am glad that worked. Would never had guessed it would be that expensive.

Re: 1992 accord running rough
Brother inlaw said coolant temp sensor and I am leaking oil onto the connector(apparently from the distributor seal- Ned to check that further)but my manual states that should show up on cel as code 6.
