Did you check the backing plate behind the rotor? They always seem to migrate towards the rotor by magic during frontend work.

I really hope your not serious. If your looking for more power, build the engine. If your looking for more "pull" swap the tranny. Theres no "Hidden power" in any engines I know of with the exception...

1990 and up you need to drop the tank but there is panel under the back seat to disconnect the pump from the harness. Tit job shouldnt take more than 2 hours.

They take appox. 3 qts of dex 2 or 3 your choice. Same for the 1.3 and 1.5

Jump the 2 pin orange connector under the pass side kick panal and turn the ignition to on, then count the flashes on the cel its like morse code kinda

It'll cause a good amount of vibration but it shouldnt wear the componants past there service limit, just keep an eye on it. Especially the tires, just get her aligned it cant be more than $60-$80...

If you have an old serpentine belt lyin around you can have a buddy hold it tight around the crank while you torque it.

Pepboys told you the tierods are bad and they still aligned it? And you got an alignment with a known bad outer? Not wise my friend.

They either A): Do it right and buy a shorter, aftermarket stick. Or B): Grind it down and re-tap the threads (Not the best Idea).

IMO they tend to wear synchros b/c the shorter throw allows less time for the input-output speeds to match. It really depends how you drive the car. If you're the type that shoves the shifter into...

I was under the impression you replaced the entire ignition lock cylinder with the switch. Ignore post. Will it run with the throttle open?

Lol @ PGTMatt, Dont break the keyboard killa. Did you get the new ignition switch "married" to the ecu? I cant remember if the motor will crank with a new one but I know it wont run.

Im not sure if honda uses them as I never thought to look but try the power steering pressure sensor its either on the rack or high side hose. It'll look like an oil pressure switch.

Your too fast 4 me muffin lol. Ya I didnt know the 6th gens came with a 1.8 sounds a tad under powered for that chassis.

Gen 6, Chassis code is 4th 5th and 6th digits of vin. And btw its either a 2.3 or 3.0 no 1.8l.

Most "real" hybrids (i.e. not IMA) Have a coolant tank that stays at operating temp for up to 3 days for just that purpose as well as instant heat. Total PITA to replace too.

Check the wire harness in the pass. front wheel well under the splash shield. It tends to rot and cause all kinds of funky a/c problems.
