so normal street driving (35-60mph) the speedometer reads like 90mph, I forget exactly what...

as long as your seat rails (seat pan) arent rusted out, Keep them!! and you can basically swap any seat you like
theres write ups on here too
it would be cheaper than reupholstering IMO

Yes the EF Si Throttle Cable will work, but the likelyness of ya finding one at the junkyard are slim!
And who knows if the Si cable from ebay is the real deal... 25$ plus Shipping?

According to my research DA or EG throttle cable will work, because they all run MPFI.
The EF SI is obviously the best choice, but extremly hard to find in the junk yards!
