Default "Dusty"Build 92 Sedan D16z6

I bought this car almost a year ago, dusty as hell, hence its name "Dusty" Ill try and post pics tomorrow
So Dusty had a relatively strong D15b7 except it burnt through 4 quarts a week!!! So yeah i never changed the oil on that block, at 270,000 miles wasnt worth it, I even dumped used motor oil!! lol
So finally I decided to get the car smoged here in CA and the results persuaded me to do this swap.
The swap is done...well it moves under its own power...everything seems to be "fine"
There are a few issues, but Ill get into that momentarily.

So I picked up the long block for arround 300$, the coveted P28 ECU had been taken...Grrr Lol
Drained oil was cleanish, under the valve cover was nice, the ONLY BAD THING was....spark plug boots were seized to the cylinder head!! Knowing this, I took the long block anyways.
Removing the plugs was kinda a bitch!! One plug espicialy was difficult and wouldnt back out from the Combustion chamber side.

F.Y.I. To remove the rubber plug, here is what I did: Acetone in the spark plug tube, let it soften the rubber for a few minutes while you file down your favorite spark-plug socket to a "Kitchen Knife Status"
This sharpened socket helped push the rubber outta the way, or get in between in order to actually bite on the spark plug itself
Im sure I could explain this a bit easier, but Im flippin tired!!!

So here is what I have done to the engine so far:
New head gasket, new head bolts, valve cover, intake, exhaust gaskets, thermostat, fuel and oil filter, plugs and wires
My original engine had a new clutch, D16z6 had a new water pump and belt so I didnt bother with those
Used MAP sensor from a 96 D15b7? idk some jackhole scratched the letter on the block
Running the stock 92 ECU 5 speed
The D15b7 had a considerably lighter Crank Pulley....so I used that. I figured if people use 10lbs flywheels, whats the difference??

Issues: Cant find the thermostat female plug, must have gotten cut off from the D16Z6 harness ( I have a plan on that, any input would be nice tho)
Idle could be a little bit smoother, TB might be sticking? I havent even had the car running for over an hour
Profuse amount of thick grey smoke, (NOT WHITE SMOKE!!!) this also escapes from the exhaust manifold, bottom right stud snaped off, the D15 was like that too, Odd
And the axle seals are leakin, at least when you jack the car up, just put a crazy drop on the front

Default Re: "Dusty"Build 92 Sedan D16z6

So my assumption is that due to my current setup the car is running Rich
non P28 ecu, different injectors, wrong MAP sensor, though I do have a brand new MAP sensor for a 94 1.6 SI, but they look exactly the same
Any input would be nice, thanks in advance guys!!
