Nah its header paint... its VHT header paint, says its able to withstand 2000 degrees and thats 3 coats on there that burned off in less than 2 minutes

I don't know from experience but i would say to just double nut them. (Put 2 nuts on about halfway down the stud and snug them together the try to loosen the one closest to the head should unscrew...
