Nah its header paint... its VHT header paint, says its able to withstand 2000 degrees and thats 3 coats on there that burned off in less than 2 minutes

If you havent get the sensor out, you can use whats called an "easy out" any machine shop would have one and probably would get it out for free basicly looks like a drill bit with a backwards spin on...

I don't know from experience but i would say to just double nut them. (Put 2 nuts on about halfway down the stud and snug them together the try to loosen the one closest to the head should unscrew...
