Re: OBD1 Custom Wiring harness for Custom car
The computer does not turn the radiator fan on. The fan switch turns on the fan. A12 is so the ecu knows the fan is on and can adjust things.
You don't need the starter signal switch b9.

Man that thing is sweet. What's your location?
You can get rid of the stock pgm-fi relay but you will need to use relays for starter, fuel pump, fan ignition.

Obd1 and obd2 distributors and alternators work the same, really only difference is the plugs. Obd2 motors have an added crank sensor but jdm motors don't.
Op how did you test the wires? What...

Re: Vx harness question
The vx is the only harness to use a 5 wire o2. Most Hondas use a 4 wire o2. So if not using the vx motor or ecu you need to either mod the vx harness to use a 4 wire o2 or mod the ex harness.

Red circle is a relay. It's an after market one.
Blue circle is the stock under hood fuse box.
Yellow circle is a factory resistor box. It's for the injectors.

If using an obd1 or obd2 ecu you must use an obd1 or obd2 distributor. Obd0 distributor won't work with an obd1 or obd2 ecu.

Re: P28 OBD1 converted B18C EK questions
The p72 is plug and play for an obd1 set up and would be the cheaper of the two option. The p28 with a chip and tune will run your set up but costs a lot more.

You need to connect them to the stock ecu plugs like you did in the pics. I think the purple/black wire goes to c8.
