Honda Accord 99 serious sputter

It's a 4 cyl F23A1 99 EX, 165k.
For the last two years it has been hesitating on take off but and sluggish on acceleration mostly till 3k rpm. Above that better but not great. It was hard to climb...

Air gun can be useful but you really need a 1/2" 20 inch long extension bar and about 3-4" long arm to unbolt the crankshaft. Support it with a jack. Do not forget to put some RV silicon on the pump...

I drained the the right-amount about 4 1/2qt. the oil was well black but it is like that always. The engine sometimes takes some, sometimes not. I do not know why and when. It does not leak. It burns...

Stop messing with it. You need to take off the caliper and heat it up with a decent torch or something like that. Then drill it out. I broke one too. If you do not have the right tools ask someone...
