rear brake caliper bleed screw stuck

rear brake caliper bleed screw stuck
Hello,
I am working on my 2002 accord and ultimately want to flush the brake system with new fluid. However I cannot budge the bleed screws on either of the rear calipers - i have used rust penetrant for two days and tried heating it with a torch (carefully).
When I slowly apply more torque, my wrench moves but the threads do not - so apparently I am twisting the top of the bleed screws. Now what?
Is there a creative way to get these free without trashing the caliper? If i need to get a remanfactured caliper, what brand would you suggest? I have had bad experience with Cardone in the past...
The calipers are otherwise fine (145K miles on them) and I just cleaned out my slides and re-greased. I recently got the car used and don't know the history of the brake system.
Thanks for any help you can give.
James

Re: rear brake caliper bleed screw stuck
you will likely need to put some large vise grips on them to get enough bite and torque.may help to strike the grips w/ a hammer to break it loose. if they break, get a reman set. duralast fom AZ should be okay. if you don't want cardone.they're probably all remanned by the same company anyway. replace the bleedscrews if you get them out.

Stop messing with it. You need to take off the caliper and heat it up with a decent torch or something like that. Then drill it out. I broke one too. If you do not have the right tools ask someone who does.

if you drill it out, you risk lodging metal shavings in the caliper, so you would need to disassemble, clean and rebuild anyway. get a reman set and be done with it.

Of course, getting a new one is a good option. Then you should get two of them and probably new pads as well.
You do not drill the out to make a salad out of it. You heat it up first, so it loosens up and then use a special bit designed to remove stucked bolts. It rotates couterclockwise so after a few turns it comes out. I thought it was obvious. No shavings in the caliper. You can flush it afer that to remove the old fluid.
