either your just worrying a lil to much about the movement or maybe the rear mount isnt tight enough? I know they are a pain in the ass to install that back bolt is a pita. I have the standard...

either you have a leak in one of the hoses, the pump didnt seal correctly or you blew the head gasket.....

The part you listed md is in fact the thermostat housing cover as I already said. I thought that was the part and had them get it not to mention the coolant temp sensor is actually on the wrong side....

Checked the codes. One blink then 6 flashes, then 7 flashes than 9 . Any ideas ? Im sure this has been covered but i cant seem to find a guide to the codes and what they mean. Thanks again.

Only the two wires swap for the cas not 4. Also what wires were swapped for the tps? Should be the 2 outside wires need to swapped places. NO cel's right?

bad temp sensor or massive air in the system. water pump might be sporadically failing. I had the same problem and it ended up being air in the system and a faulty water pump.

Sounds like the cas wires are backwards which will kill the timing and put the car in limp mode try switching them around and see if that works.

Still doesnt explain what to do aout the 3rd plug which is blue. Does it not get used for the 88-89 cluster?

They dont have exactly the same plugs. The 90 -91 have a third plug blue in color. Im not sure what wires to switch to make the older style 88-89 work with the 90-91.

Check all the relays to make sure they are good. Then trace all grounds and make sure they are good. Other than that I dont know what I can tell you to help as Im not the most exp with the wiring...

Only if its an 88 or 89 cluster I need to rewire mine but im not sure how to do it. 90-91 should plug right in. I know the 88-89's have 2 plugs and the 90-91 have that extra blue plug on it.
