i saw on d-series, i think, a guy had done one and used another injector or 2 like above^^
he also used something to retard the timing under boost. cant really remember too much but hope that helps....

you just have to un-latch the back parts, then work them loose. one at a time
its not that hard once you figure it out.

ok so i did the dpfi to mpfi swap and when i got done my car smoked around 3ooo rpm.
i thought bad valve seal or HG.
i changed the head and all gaskets.
still doing the same thing more or less....

6th gear is a big waste of money if you ask me.
i guess it has its purpose but unless your planning on cruising above 90
a long geared 5...

maybe you have the sensors plugged into the wrong places? i just did the swap on my car and i noticed 3 of the plugs are the same. maybe you guys cut the wrong one or something?? i dont know but hope...
