Default smoke problem

ok so i did the dpfi to mpfi swap and when i got done my car smoked around 3ooo rpm.
i thought bad valve seal or HG.
i changed the head and all gaskets.
still doing the same thing more or less.
it pulls fine it just smokes, white smoke.
anyone got ideas?
i did search. i found a few answers but none were for me.
TIA.

there are threads on here that explain the situation on leaky oil on the bottom of the spark plugs...might be your piston ring going out but dont quote me on that...i know if its on the top of the plug, it usually means that your valve cover spark plug seals need to be replaced...!!!

if it is your rings, it sounds like a good excuse to rebuild or swap.
