a lil correction for my last reply that i did in a rush,my bad.

for my case,the problem (hard to shift in,gear grind 1~5th) occur only during cold (with engine started),shift normally after warm...

i don know when did your hard shift problem happened,but i suggest you check your clutch pedal height.i experienced something like this,hard to shift after warmed up good during cold.found out pedal...

so the problem is u are trying to put a shortshift adapter which is made for HONDA PRELUDE into ur CIVIC shift stick? why dont u just get the 1 for civic instead????

orite man....will do. i looked my fren's d16a vtec and found out their fuel canister originally had that vacuum hose nipple plugged.Still wondering why h22 have that hose connect to the stock TB...

i doubt there's rule of thumb for breaking in a clutch,just driving with sense,don slip the clutch and you'll be fine,if u slip it once a while and it last a few seconds you'll be fine too.

i don even think the cooling fan or ac fan should turn on after u off the engine no matter how hot it is,unless u leave ur key in the "ON" position.
