Brake booster question

I have a 90 Civic Si and I just picked up some EX knuckles and calipers. I am going to swap them in. I have no intention of swapping the rear to disks because I'm running HF aluminum drums out back....

Yeah, I'd start with a good, stock harness preferably out of a known running car and start from there. It will probably pay off in the long run instead of trying to fix another persons mistake.

So the plugs are sparking without the wires connected while placed on the block??? WTHeck?! I really think you need to get a different wiring harness. Maybe you might have a short to ground...

Any luck? How's the fuel pressure regulator? This thing was wired for OBDI at one time? Maybe you might want to try and find a complete Si/EX harness from the sounds of your electrical woes and swap...

Just a thought, you converted the car from DPFI to MPFI, do you have the injector resistor box squared away? The proper injectors are in there right? I know its kinda hard to diagnose without the car...

Mainshaft bearing does go out. If you're comfortable taking the trans apart, I'd look at the gears and synchros, also check the filter/magnet in the tranny for any signs of wear.

I've got the HKS cat back, looks stock, VERY quiet. If you look on the web, you'll find shops that still carry it at a decent price because I got mine only a few months ago.

So are you getting spark now and it's still not starting? If you're not getting spark, then make sure you're getting 12v/battery voltage to the distributor when the key is in the on or start...

There should be a sticker on the inside of the engine bay that will give you the maximum and minimum amount of refrigerant to use. You should charge the system to the maximum amount but first check...
