Keep the cam caps with the head they came on and swap the rockers and shafts over from one to the other.

Take it to the next closest dealership and just tell the service writer, "it shifts funny in fourth." They should warranty it no problem.

If you want to keep obd0, you need:
Chipped pm6 ecu with Turboedit
88-91 distributor
88-00 MPFI intake manifold

Turboedit's newer versions are quite powerful

Valve cover only needs RTV on the corners where it goes over the cam caps. Power steering return line is leaking and so is the oil filter. I would reseal the valve cover with a new gasket and then...

Does is wheel hop on the street? My ED hatch has nasty wheel hop on the street on anything but perfectly smooth roads but on the track on slicks it behaves perfectly.

I made close to 300 whp (114 traps) with 440cc on pump e85 w/ a d16. Those injectors will do 500 on e85, no problem.

more boost on the 2 step and get the alignment checked. Steering wheel was way off on the burnout and the top end. What gear is the burn out in? There wasn't much smoke.
