Default Pointers, tips, advice on better 60 foots.

Im finding it nearly impossible for me to break below a 1.72 60 foot with my car. Watching my datalogs I almost feel my car is underpowered. It spins initially and then drops a couple thousand rpm.
Any input would be appreciated greatly.
I am itching to switch over to my top mount/6262/2000cc setup but I really don't want to until I can improve my 60 foots.
Thanks fella's.

My car is approx. 2,150 pounds without me in it. D2 coilovers, Energy suspension polyurethane bushings, upper adjustable control arms, currently 24.5/8.5 M&h and previsouly 24.5/8 MT. Corner balanced the car in the spring.
Launching anywhere between 6k and 8,500k.
Tire pressure from 5/6 psi-10 psi.
77/7,800 rpm launch and 6/7 psi seems to net me the best results. Between 1.72-1.74 repeatable.

I'm on an 84mm GSR build with a Garrett 61mm and get 10psi on 2step with rpm set at 6300. With my 24.5/9 MT's on Bogart 13x8 I do 1.61-1.64 60s all day long. With bbg my 1st gear stays at 10psi out the hole and starts ramping to 18psi towards end of gear, 2nd is set at 23psi, and all top gears at 30psi.

How much boost are you building on 2step and do you have bbg setup?

more boost on the 2 step and get the alignment checked. Steering wheel was way off on the burnout and the top end. What gear is the burn out in? There wasn't much smoke.

better burn out 6800 rpm launch. with only 124mph traps witch is like 350whp you can run max boost in every gear. so all the power in first, also slip the clutch harder. you came out of the groove on the big end dont let that happen either.

You wouldn't happen to have a video of the front suspension/tires from a profile/side shot on your launch would you?

I do not have BBG set up right now because I am still on wastegate pressure. Full boost comes in pretty quick for me so Im never out of boost. 10 psi launch control and then plains out at 12 psi through first gear.

Burnout is in third gear. I tried long and short ones with no change in 60's. I have always had a problem with the car veering right just slightly. 10 psi on 2 step. Im only getting 12 psi in first gear. That's why I posted the video and asked because I am just assuming it dosent have enough power???

Chris I tried burnouts long and short and it didn't vary from the 1.72-1.74 ... I do need to work on slipping the clutch a little more. Its tough with the Omni master because there is so little amount of pedal travel. Its on and off like a light switch. I might go back to an oem Master so I have a little more control.

I will see if I can get one of the videos from outside the car in here.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the responses. Like I was saying, Id really like to get the short track down before I give it more power ... but Im asking because Ive tried a lot of changes to the suspension, launch control, tire pressure, short shifting 1st gear, and riding out first with little to no change.
The only thing I have not tried is an alignment with me in the drivers seat and more power?!?!

Any input?

yeah i think it needs more power too watch the first few of this video breaking my sleeve at like 500 few years ago. it was 1.57 60 it left so good. now i have had other problems of 30psi on my launches and i net mid 1.7s but here, its a good idea of how it should look. never make it so you have to shift before the first orange box witch is the 60
