What are the <U>code letters </U>(like F or H) that manufacturers apply to batteries based upon the type of <U>terminals</U> the battery has -- as top post, side mount, stud, etc.

Based on your experience with 1990-1993 Accords, what would you say the LABOR TIME would be for pulling the old heater blower unit out, removing the motor and impellers, and bolting the new motor in?...

Was I ripped off?

I supplied the new rear shocks and the mechanic charged $175 for their installation.

Was this a reasonable charge or was I ripped off?

Okay to trim clutch pushrod?

After replacing the clutch master cylinder, the clutch pedal, although properly adjusted, sticks out way too high.

Most likely it's the idle air control valve -- either needs cleaning or replacement. If you do a SEARCH on the subject, you will find many detailed responses....

I replaced the master and slave cylinders for the clutch, connceted all the lines, poured brake fluid into the reservoir, attached a bleeder line to the open bleeder valve on the slave, and pumped...

Despite the cleaning, the idle air control valve could be bad. Unplug it and see what happens.

Other possibilities:

bad throttle position sensor
bad MAP sensor
air leak by a gasket -- intake...
