Default Labor time for replacing heater blower in 1992 Accord ?

Based on your experience with 1990-1993 Accords, what would you say the LABOR TIME would be for pulling the old heater blower unit out, removing the motor and impellers, and bolting the new motor in? -- which in my case comes with the "squirrel cages" already attached -- and securing the whole unit back under the dashboard again?

I happen to have a bad back, so would I have to be on my back or stomach to do all this??? If that's the case, I might have to pay my friendly Honda mechanic's $70/hour charge.

Please help me out with your experience and advice.
