Cant go wrong with the Harbor Freight 30 dollar buffer, but you must buy a wool pad for it cause the one it comes with sucks.

you gotta use a machine buffer with a quality pad not the foam one. your elbow grease is real weak.. Trust me on this one use rubbing compound plus machine. Pick up the 30 dollar buffer at harbor...

try taking a rag and scrubbing it hard with paint thinner or what ever you used to thin your rustoleum

hah thanks for your input it made lots of sense, I've just never heard of the brand. But Rustoleums not so bad sure has way more downfalls but its a good practice paint, nice and cheap, Ive learned...
