I had an injector issue amd hurt a cylinder pretty bad. it was 84mm and didnt clean up until 85.5 I went 83 on the resleeve. Logic. weird

Thats because there is coolant that hits there.The deck is a different shape with these sleeves. Lay your HG there and see the coolant holes there. What was in your cooling system? Water can erode...

I'd use a Honda HG, not Cometic. And any decent kit with a decent sized turbo will get you there. 30r, 5858, 6262,etc. Hit up SpeedFactory for a custom kit and they can suggest turbo sizes etc. Also...

IDK, diesels use a shit ton more air and seem to get away with 1 filter. Granted they are huge. But I agree, build a filtered box

I was crossing the traps around 95-9600. Stock GSR gears, 26" tires. Depends on powerband where you want to cross at IMO
