Where in NJ at you moving?? Central Jersey has a lot, Philly and the surrounding areas do too. The closer to New York you get, the more you'll find, usually bigger too

On the 14pin connecter on the auto harness, did you connect the 2 larger gage wires together? If not, it will tell the ECU not to give power.

But why would he do that? It would make too much sense to have the F22's torque and low compression stock with the B16 trans. It wouldn't be JDM enough.
