Exactly. Put it together as you're going to final assemble it with the proper torque sequence then there is no question of whether or not things were exactly the same when you clearanced it.

Most amber bulbs probably aren't going to do what you want. Especially cheaper ones (rarely colored glass-- just painted).
You buy an HID conversion kit in the proper bulb size for your fog lights...

No its not supposed to pop all the way up but you need to clean your trunk latch.

You will still obviously have to lift the trunk, but you should be able to pull the handle inside or turn the key...
