unless you plan on making this a track car, just stick with a good spring/shock combo. Eiback/Ground Control springs and KYB AGX shocks would be a good cheap set up thats perfect for daily driving.

he hasnt done anything yet but buy a header, its a valid option at this point.

and he wants "hp on a budget". All motor + HP + budget doesnt mix.

there is something wrong for sure. I, for example, made 170WHP and 130ft lbs off of a B18C5 block (stock) and B16A2 head (also stock) with I/H/E and *no* tune.
