i think the key here is incorrect valve lash. THis cam has been used with crower spirng/ret and stock springs/rets many times over with much success.

it sounds like an electrical circut is heating up and then loosing connectivity. Possibly even main relay.

Go get the cheapest oil u can find and always carry 2 bottle around in the boot. Fill up the oil everyday.

make sure u have not developed a hole/pinhole/leak in ur wastegate line. Mine did and it will act as a 'bleed' valve and up the boost.

U can have good compression rings (even though 130psi is hell low - whats that 7.5:1?) and still have band o-rings on the pistons.. There are 3 sets of rings for a reason, each has a different job....
