We run bigger clearances on purpose, not because we used the wrong size bearings...

15W50.. no issues thus far. Was recommended by my tuner. I'll probably switch over to 10W30 during the winter though. Don't want to have too much hassle on those cold start ups.

Pretty sure ACL's are one size fits all, at least that's what Earl who I bought them form told me. My clearances are looser than stock therefore I use thicker oil. You can't tell me i'm wrong when the motor has been running strong for 40K...

I'm sure 10w-40 would work just as well. Just because you have 40k on the motor doesn't mean you aren't robbing yourself of power and spool time.

I'm telling you the D16 ACL's are basically the same as green honda bearings, they will fit most cranks because they are middle of the road. I'm not making this up just so I can sound stupid...

nonvtecD (10:44 AM 7/7/2006): Earl,
I ordered ACL bearings from you a while ago for my D16, the D16 bearings are one size fits all correct?
earl (10:56 AM 7/7/2006): correct
