Re: Plug For Power Lock Actuator Missing....Odd?

You cant find the other end to the pigtail/harness at all? hmmm? odd! I know (atleast with Acura) you can't just buy the clip you have to buy the entire door wire harness. Sucks I know. If you can...

Re: So did Honda ever fix the tranmission problem?

Yes & No. Most of the TL / CL transmission replacements also required a replacement of the ECU/PCM due to the "harsh" shift points in the original. If the transmission has been replaced under...

Re: ? For those that have installed cams

No, we don't put anything on any high torque bolts pertaining to the head assembly etc. This is coming from our Acura tech of 23 years.

Re: 2007 TL, what if you run 87 octane gas

Re: Looking at 07 TSX

Ya us United Staters have to realize he's talking Canadian Coin here. Still seems a bit steap though now that technically the car is 3 years old. Try and haggle just a bit.

Re: Need opinions on a possible 05' TSX purchase.

Not bad at all. The headlight moisture is a service bulletin. You may be able to get a local dealer to fix that problem for you under ext. warranty or warranty goodwill. Argue that it's a safety...

Re: MPG check for you guys.....Hows your car really running

Wouldn't putting higher octane (than required) defeat the purpose of a MPG thread. The whole issue with getting great MPG is saving a few bucks at the tank, spending more on high octane fuel sorta...

Re: Immobilizer Key Question?

He hit it on the head. You may be able to get off without paying labor for programming. Some Honda and Acura keys are what we call T5 keys, which the chip can be cloned and re-written onto a T5...

Re: Stupid question about upper ball joint

from the factory just about every Honda and Acura has an upper control arm assembly, so just a ball joint from the dealer is out of the question for sure. As far as aftermarket replacement ball...

make sure the clamps on either side of the cable (one on the control and one by the air box) are clamping the sleeve of the cable and not the cable itself. if you have the clamps clamed to the actual...

Re: Stupid question about upper ball joint

I think you should be ok for a week or so, just watch the "spirited" driving. I would be interested to see what others have done in this situation (aftermarket, factory etc etc) as mine too are...

Re: H22 N/A rebuild...Good setup??

Re: Climate control Bulbs?!/! 21$! wtf

Your dealer should be charging $5.02 for #7 and $5.12 for #10 (you need 2 of number 7 and 3 of number 10). That is straight list. Try searching online, I know some dealers have online webpages and...

Re: MPG check for you guys.....Hows your car really running

I get around 24-25 city with bolt ons (IHE+) and no tune. I use to get closer to 26, can't really tell why? Maybe it's just time for a tune.

Re: 2010 TSX V6----Biggest Honda screw-up since the Passport

I think it depends on which companies you look at really. Yes, Honda, Toyota and even some GM's are making cars with smaller motors still but not downsizing current models motors by any means. As I...
