Get under your car with a piece of cardboard and cut it to shape. Use that as a template and take it to a metal shop, they can easily cut it for you.

I'm not sure he knows. If you could get the dimensions, it would take all of 7 minutes to achieve what he did. For the record, a hacksaw could easily make the cuts you need and a drill bit could make...
