I have a tungsten grinder that is like a dremel with a machined assembly at the top and a diamond wheel. Its perfect everytime and well worth the $170 I paid for it.

The only reason you are requesting the welded assembly is so you can find flaws. The man is very talented in his set up and execution of the cutting and fitment. That afterall is 95% of the work....

None of this makes any sense. You shim it for the oil pressure for the motor, not the turbo. You should always run a restrictor with or without shimming the pump.
