A hand chisel and hammer don't do much with these hardened bolts. Your best bet is a small high speed angle grinder, second to that is get a good drill bit to take the head of the bolt off.

Played with all the vacuum lines and cleaning all these funny sensor things as well, never worked. However, chipping my ECU did work, no more surging, and works with single O2 sensor.
